Information for new students
Dear Student,
Welcome to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
The information meeting with vice-dean Sławomir Susz at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering will take place on the 24th of February 2025 at 10:00 AM in building B-4 in Room 2.37. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY.
There are two platforms for students you need to use to manage your studies:
- Usos
- Student email account

On your USOS account you can find a payment for students ID card. After making the payment please send me a confirmation by email.
The dean’s office will order the ID cards and we will inform you when you can come to pick it up.
In the summer semester 2024/2025, registration is only in the USOS system.
Below I send a link with study plans, you are required to sign up for all courses from the semester, remember about sports and foreign languages.

The system is accessible from a browser at https://web.usos.pwr.edu.pl/.
In order to log into the USOS system, an Active Directory (AD) account with a unique login and password must be activated. In order to activate an AD account you must have an active student mailbox. Instructions for activating an AD account can be found at https://di.pwr.edu.pl/uslugi/uslugi-katalogowe/reset-lub-pierwsze-ustawienie-hasla.

The electronic version of the oath for new students will be available in the USOS system. Signing the oath is mandatory /People who do not sign the oath will be removed from the student list /
Mandatory OHS training for students starting their studies at Wrocław University of Science and Technology will be held via e-learning. To check the training date at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering log in to https://eportal.pwr.edu.pl/ and search for OHS training. After completing the training, download the certificate and send it to the dean's office.
