1st CYCLE
FULL-TIME: 7 SEMESTERS
PART-TIME: 8 SEMESTERS
Graduates of the degree programme Mechanical Engineering receive a thorough knowledge of mechanics, materials strength, materials science, electrical engineering and electronics, propulsion systems, as well as the theory of machines. They acquire the skills of designing and constructing machines and devices, designing technological processes, selecting materials, and manufacturing machines and devices.

2nd CYCLE
FULL-TIME: 3 SEMESTERS
PART-TIME: 4 SEMESTERS
A 2nd CYCLE DEGREE PROGRAMME GRADUATE CAN:
- Conduct selection of material or develop projects principles based on databases and assumptions related to operational requirements of machines’ and devices’ elements or construction assemblies.
- Apply modern strategies and techniques for designing machine elements and assemblies, including linear and non-linear calculations of statics and dynamics using CAD tools.
- Select elements of machine control systems and program them appropriately.
- Diagnose the technical condition of machine systems’ elements and assemblies, evaluate their operational characteristics, and - if necessary - diagnose the cause of damage to them.
