PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT!

Pursuant to Internal Directive 68/2017, ever thesis referred to the anti-plagiarism system must be named according to the following pattern:

• The written part of the thesis is saved by the student as a file named:

[faculty symbol]_[grade book number]_[calendar year]_[type of thesis] only in DOC, DOCX (Microsoft Word), ODT (Open Office Document), or PDF (only editable file) formats.

For instance:

W01_200173_2015_engineer’s thesis

• The student saves attachments to the thesis as files named:

[faculty symbol]_[grade book number]_[calendar year]_[type of thesis]_[attachment]_ [attachment number]

For instance:

W01_200173_2015_engineer’s_thesis_attachment_1

Please note that square brackets are not used in file names.
